Welcome to Balance Your Mind! My name is Faina Stoliar Ben-David and I’m a clinical social worker (MSW, RSW) specializing in individual and trauma counselling. You’ll realize soon after meeting me that I’m a problem solver at heart! I work with clients at their own pace to overcome anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement and relationship distress. I also provide trauma counselling to survivors of violence, abuse and neglect as well as first responders.
I know it’s not easy to ask for help when life isn’t going your way. I hope I can be part of your therapy journey.
